Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Transit Essentials Co. Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase or your order number may be required.
Kits & Bundles
Driver & Attendant Kits, Seasonal Essential Boxes, and other bundled products must be returned complete with all original items included.
Individual items from a kit or bundle cannot be returned separately for a partial refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and product integrity, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used. These may include personal-care, hygiene, or similar products.
Personalized or custom-made products are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Any additional final-sale items will be clearly identified on the product page before purchase.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, missing, or you received the incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos when applicable so we can assist you.
If the issue was caused by Transit Essentials Co. or the product arrived damaged or defective, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns.
If you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, Transit Essentials Co. will cover the applicable return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
